How to order

Q. How can I order on Farjazz?

Ans. Ordering on Farjazz can be done by 3 following easy ways:

  1. Order online:
  2. Select your item/s from different categories and add the item to the secure shopping cart, and then proceed to secure checkout. You will be asked for delivery details, delivery method, and payment methods. The last step would be confirming and placing the order and then you will be provided with your order number.

  3. Order by phone:
  4. You can also place your order on phone. Call our toll-free number 0342 3275299 and our representatives will assist you. Kindly have the list of the items you want to buy and your delivery details ready. We will ask for important details like your full name, phone number, the best time to contact you, complete delivery information. After verifying your details your order will be placed and our representatives will provide you order number, which you can use when verifying the status of your order.

  5. Order by E-mail:
  6. To order by e-mail you need to send us your complete details, including style name, color, size, seller name and quantity of the item(s), to help@farjazz.pk. Also mention your delivery details, phone number, and the best time to call you. We will then send a confirmation email with the complete delivery cost and taxes (if applicable) for your review and approval

Cancelled Orders

Q. Can I cancel my order?

Ans. Order can only be cancelled if it is not shipped or you didn't receive any shipping email. Otherwise follow the return procedure for your order. See return conditions.

Order Confirmation

We will send you a confirmatory e-mail of your purchase once it has been processed. However, it is recommended to assign one e-mail address so that there will be a polished transaction.

Account for shopping

Q. Do I need an account to shop on Farjazz?

Ans. For online shopping on Farjazz create an account to keep a record of your orders. Otherwise you can also checkout using any of your valid social accounts. i.e. Facebook or Google+

Changes in orders

Q. Can I make changes in my order after I placed it?

Ans. Yes, you can make changes any time you want before receiving confirmation e-mail or SMS. Once you received confirmation email or SMS then no changes can be made.
